Who we help
Trauma-informed, compassionate support tailored to each child or family. We look at the whole picture of mental health, relationships, school and everyday life.
Children
Gentle, age-appropriate therapy for anxiety, big feelings, trauma, emotional regulation, behaviour, self-esteem, bullying and friendship worries. The aim is for children to feel safe, understood and better able to cope.
Young people
A respectful space for teens and young people navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships and life stressors. We work on coping skills, confidence and healthier patterns for the road ahead.
Families & carers
Practical parenting education and family support that strengthens attachment, communication and behaviour management at home. Carers feel more confident, and families feel more connected.
